I Had An Abortion With Pills One Month Back. Still

I had an abortion with pills one month back. Still bleeding and spotting persists. Now I m very much week and my BP and haemoglobin is going down. I had started taking Tranexa MF twice daily. It helped a lot. But how long can this be taken? As if I m skipping it even a single dose then bleeding again starts happening.

Please guide. I m really worried and physically going weak day by day.
