I Had An Abortion Yesterday & Today I've Been Having

I had an abortion yesterday & today I've been having some terrible shooting pains in my rectum that come & go. I didn't go poop yesterday before the procedure & I haven't been able to go today because I'm afraid with how much it hurts already. Can u please tell me what u think is causing this horrible pain & if u think I should go to the ER please & thank u???
