I Had An Abscess/ Cellulitis That Formed From An Ingrown

I had an abscess/ cellulitis that formed from an ingrown hair between my eyes. It has been over a month and I had a follow up with my PCP and he is sending me to a plastic surgeon because of the location. There is a hard lump that is still there. What will they most likely do to remove it?
