I Had An Abscess In My Left Bitt Cheek Drained

I had an abscess in my left bitt cheek drained last Thursday and have had the packing removed and now I am just cleaning and bandaging twice a day. My question is there is still a lump where it was the abcess was fairly large. It does not hurt and I'm on antibiotics still should I be worried?
