I had an accident 3 years ago in which i broke 2nd and 3rd vertebrae of my neck, Dislocated my right shoulder, Got hair line fractures on chest ribs and fractured wrist. I've recovered most of it but still have trouble with twisting my right arm and throwing objects with it and doing other everyday activities with the same. So i got an x-ray done of my right shoulder and the report says something like
" contour abnormality seen as depression at greater tuberosity region, possibility of Hill Sach's Lesion " What does it mean and what should i do next.
