I Had An Accident In An Airoplane, whilst Loading. I Was

I had an accident in an airoplane, whilst loading. I was reading in my aisle seat when a heavy case dropped on my head. I did not see it coming as it was thrown by the people behind me. I was concussed/knocked out for approx 1 minute and came round holding the case on my head. The plane took off, the cabin staff attended. I suffered head laacerations,a balooned out ear drum, nose bleeds for 1 month (could nt fly home). I also had head aches, ear ache, neck and shoulder and back and leg pains also pins and needles in the arms, legs and feet. Now after 8 months I still have The right ear drum which after balooning made a large hole 6 weeks later and constant infections 6, plus a Fungal infection, I am hoping to have Myringoplasty (new ear drum) but have been waiting until the ear is clean to do it. Also I have still very sore feet, and after much physio and MRI scans am still the same, could this be Arthiritis engineered through the accident from the lower back please.
