I Had An Accident Which Involved My X2 Dog Colliding

I had an accident which involved my x2 dog colliding into my left knee at speed the combined weight of my dogs is approximately 70kg they hit my knee side ways on causing extreme pain I was taken to A&E after X rays done no fracture but x Ray reports bilateral maniscal chrondrocalcinosis please could you explain what this means and treatment that maybe needed
