I Had An Accident While In The Military And Ruptured

I had an accident while in the military and ruptured my right ear drum and have total loss in that ear. Over the years i'm losing hearing in the left ear. I also have had tinnitus soon after the accident back in 1987. Since 2011 I have experienced dizziness, vertigo and just this year I have Meniere's Disease but is there any relation between the two? Everything I've read goes the other way around you get Meniere's first and then lose hearing, tinnitus, vertigo.
