I Had An Accident With A Horse Being Thrown Heavily

I had an accident with a horse being thrown heavily onto my back had concussion, CT scans showed all was ok but I had blood in my urine, seemed to go away now 2 weeks later its back and I ache all over especially in my joints and neck and lower back , should I be worried ? I stopped all womans menstrual cycle over a year ago , I'm 53 130lbs reasonably fit work outdoors , thank you
