I Had An Acute Appendicitis And Appendectomy. The Surgery Was

I had an acute appendicitis and appendectomy. The surgery was 10 days ago. I was released and re admitted. I am home now since 1/1. My bowel movements are normalizing and I am less crampy each day. My excreta has a horrible smell. The doctor said this may be a sign of CFES, CFEDS?
Can you clarify?
