I Had An Allograft ACL Repair More Than 30 Days

I had an allograft ACL repair more than 30 days ago. I have had a low-grade fever which comes on in the evenings, goes away with ibuprofen, for most of this time period since surgery. Is this my body's reaction to the allograft? It went away for 2 days prior to my last Dr visit so I didnt bring it up
