I Had An Anagioplasty 3days Ago For Problems In My

I had an anagioplasty 3days ago for problems in my right leg. They went in the left groin. I have had this procedure before with no adverse effects. However I went to the store this afternoon and had a terrible time walking. Had to stop many times and was in a lot of discomfort. It felt like when the other leg was blocked with placque. Is this considered an after effect or could I have a blood clot and need to call the doctor that did the surgery.
