I Had An Anaphylactic Response Two Week Ago And Ended

I had an anaphylactic response two week ago and ended up at the ER. I took steroids for five days 5 pills five days, finished last Thursday. and two days ago developed a rash on my arms. I started using yesterday Triamcinolone 0.5% cream and the itchiness is not going away is that normal?
