I Had An Ankle Twist A Few L Dats Back.

I had an ankle twist a few l dats back. But didn't had severe pain or swelling at that time. Next day I had an little swelling and a slight pain when streched too much. Now its 4 day there is still some swelling and the pain is very little. Will enzofalm help..?
