I Had An Annual Pap Smear Today. Right After I

I had an annual Pap smear today. Right after I noticed I was having some bleeding. I've spotted after Pap smear before but not like this. This is like I've started my period. Now, I was due to start my period tomorrow at exactly 28 days. So, I don't know if my pap has caused this because it started right after or if it's probably my period. It's as heavy as my period. I hate to bother my doc with it possibly just being my period.....
