I Had An Anterior(from The Front) Cervical Neck Fusion On

I had an anterior(from the front) cervical neck fusion on March 28th. I have had headaches on and off but have had a headache for 4 days now. I have neck pain but gets worse the longer I am upright. My voice has been different since the surgery and my swallowing is difficult with food and even liquid sometimes. It takes a lot of effort to talk a lot( effort to get air out, i use to scream real loud and can't at all). I have had years before two others neck surgeries before, one from the front and a big one from the back. I felt great after each one except the surgical pain but nothing like this uncomfortable, nagging neck weakness constant pain . what do you think?
