I Had An Appendectomy About A Month Ago And I

I had an appendectomy about a month ago and i also had an iud put in about 2 weeks ago. Now, whenever I need to go to the bathroom I have a pain in my stomach. Not while I am going to the bathroom, just in the time before. This started about three days ago.
