I Had An Arthritic Toe Fusion Two Years Ago. It

I had an arthritic toe fusion two years ago. It healed fine. Two weeks ago I fell, now I had a broken Metatarsal on the third toe. Also two screws are sheared off at the bone from the fusion. Three other screws are still good. My question is this, I am wearing a boot for eight weeks. Does anything need to be done with the plate that has two of the five screws broken?
