I Had An Assisted Hatched Frozen Blastocyst Transfer Thursday 9/24/2015.

I had an assisted hatched frozen blastocyst transfer Thursday 9/24/2015. The dr called me today to tell me that my estrogen level is 350 and progesterone was 24. He said I do not have to increase any medications. Can this be a sign of pregnancy, cause I took a home pregancy test and it was negative. I think today is day 8 since my transfer. Thank you , Annie
