I Had An Auto Accident 2 Days Ago, In Which

I had an auto accident 2 days ago, in which I rear ended another car hard enough to deploy both air bags. I have bruises and scrapes primarily on my right forearm. But what I am concerned about is that I have a tender spot on my right side just below the clavicle and when I inhale, it is moderately painful. My second concern is that since the wreck, I have been experiencing mild nausea. Lying down and resting relieves both problems. I think these are symptoms that will end within a few more days but want to ask you if I should be concerned or see a doctor. I am 73 years of age. Thank you for your opinion.
