I Had An Auto Accident Where Another Vehicle Rear Ended

I had an auto accident where another vehicle rear ended me and I had some back injury that required injections for relief. I still have some pain and have recently starting having what I think is Trigger Finger. Is it possible that my back injury may have contributed to this situation?
