I Had An Auto Stem Cell Transplant About A Year

I had an auto stem cell transplant about a year ago. I just had a pet scan and the only lymph nodes that had no cancer to begin with now show activity. They are behind my lungs. To hard to biopsy. Is it possible that the pet scan can be wrong. My bone marrow and blood
tests were negative.
