I Had An Confirmed Unprotected HIV Exposure In August And

I had an confirmed unprotected HIV exposure in August and started pep at 30hrs. I competed it on the 6th September with no side effects. On the 10th I had protected sex but realized the condom split after finishing (very unlucky) so went on PEP again by 12 hours. On Friday 18th I came down with an endless runny nose and a sore throat. The sore throat turned into a chesty cough over night with mucous. My ears seem clogged. I haven't had a fever (not that ive noticed, maybe a slight body increase but my head feels fine). Although, I have a big swollen node under my armpit which is worrying me. It doesn't hurt until prodding loads (which I shouldn't do)

My p24 antigen test and antibody test came back negative on Tuesday gone, the day I went in for pep a second time. So my doc said I should probably stop my PEP cos I've my previous pep could be seen as prEP and the extra 7 days could be beneficial to being protected. I stopped it on Wednesday gone for a day but I'm extremely worried so took it on Thursday.

Could these be symptoms of HIV? Bearing in mind it's my university freshers week so bound for freshers flu but I'm unsure due to timing.

Thank you for reading, I'm so anxious and worried sick.
