I Had An Doc Appt And AST & ALT Came

I had an doc appt and AST & ALT came back high 202 & 59. Back in beginning of October they were @ 42&24. Mid October I had a late miscarriage so I was given a lot of medication. I also had a minor cyst surgery and also got meds after that. Here is the list of medications I had to take:

Oxycodone Acataminophen 5-325
Hydrocodon Acetaminophen 5-300
Metronidazole 500mg
Doxycycline Hyclate 100mg
Nitrofurantoin Mono-mcr 100mg
Ferrous Sulfate 325 mg
After the miscarriage I also had to take Tylenol every 6 hrs for two week. Could all these meds be the cause for my high enzymes levels??? I need some advice ASAP as I'm planning to get pregnant in the coming weeks.
