I Had An Ear Infection And Strep Throat Two Weeks

I had an ear infection and strep throat two weeks ago. I finished the antibiotic last week (z pack) and since then the pressure in my ear has gotten worse. My throat tightens as the day goes on making it hard and painful to swallow, feeling like there are 2 balls on either side in the back of my throat, but the pain is mostly on the same side as my clogged ear. My ear is clogged, there is a TON of pressure, and i cannot hear out of it. At night it feels as though it is draining. It is itchy and hurts.
