I Had An Ear Infection And Throat Infection - Acute

I had an ear infection and throat infection - acute bronchitis last week have taken Augmentin for 4 days along w nubulizer -nasal spray. I am still coughing my chest hurts. And still feel bad. Am I expecting to much to soon ? I am concerned for pneumonia
