I Had An Echo Of My Heart Done And It

I had an echo of my heart done and it came back normal with my previous heart attack showing and just a little area that was weak but yet I’ve been told I have congestive heart failure that was told to me before the echo was done back five years ago so can I have a normal echo showing my heart attack and scars and weakness a little bit and still have congestive heart failure
