I Had An Ectopic Surgery 1 Year Back Which Causes

I had an ectopic surgery 1 year back which causes blockege in my left tube i have 2 kids before tat surgery now i want to conceive but can't . I conceived my both kids with cerophene tablet but now it cause spoting and infection. 3rd ectopic pregnancy was spontanous now what should i do to conceive is thete any other medicine to help me out
