I Had An Ectopic Surgery. My Right Tube Was Cut.

I had an ectopic surgery. My right tube was cut. August 22. About two weeks ago began this abdominal, pelvic pain. I still am in pain & I have had irregular bleeding ever since surgery & now it has become heavier. I went to the the ER on Christmas Day due to such sever pain & had a cat scan. I am aware that I may be having an adhesion; and that it can not be diagnosed my MRI or ct scan. I would really like some help.
