I Had An Emergency C-section 5 Years Ago And Now

I had an emergency c-section 5 years ago and now if I sneeze or really strain that muscle I get a really sharp, burning pain on the left side of my scar (the side that got infected after birth) and it feels like my scar is about to just tear open, and now it has tiny black dots all along the part of the scar that is giving me problems
