I Had An Emergency C-section In The First Week Of

I had an emergency c-section in the first week of March,2014. My labor proceeded in just two hours but unfortunately there was fetal distress (2 cords around baby neck and baby had done poo while inside) due to which doctors had perform an emergency c-section. I have a 9 month old cute baby daughter, and I am pregnant again by 21 weeks. I am due by the first week of May 2015. What and how many chances are there for a normal delivery this time.
