I Had An Endometrial Ablation In July And Over The

I had an endometrial ablation in July and over the past month I have felt a lot of bloating, enlarged stomach at times and swollen lymph glands. Prior to this surgery I had a sexual encounter that was not protected as much as I thought (broken condom). Can a pregnancy start and survive the surgery or is this something else that I need to be concerned about. Just feeling swollen all over. I was also at risk of diabetes but no conclusion as of yet.
