I Had An Endometrial Ablation On Thursday. Have Had Mild

I had an endometrial ablation on Thursday. Have had mild stomach cramps since. Discharge has ranged from clear to yellow to light pink. Today discharge is bloody with bits in. I have pain left side low down. I have not had bowel movement since general anaesthetic on Thursday. I have no temperature. Is this normal
