I Had An Epidural In The Lumbar Region In October

I had an epidural in the lumbar region in October of 2016 prior to undergoing a L5/S1 discectomy. In recovery I experienced new onset complex partial seizures, which ultimately lead to the incidental discovery of a 10mm pituitary edenoma (unknown whether or not it is secreting hormones at this time). Blood tests have been done and abnormal results are: WBC 11.2 - Neut, Auto 67.4 - Lymph% 22.4 - immature granulocytes 0.9 - Neut, Abs 7.6 - Immature Granulocyte Absolute 0.1. Specimen type was blood test was a CBC with Auto Diff.

My question is are these labs elevated due to the epidural I received in October 2016, or are these labs most likely indicating something else?

Thank you for your time.
