I Had An Episiotomy Done After Delivering My Baby Which

I had an episiotomy done after delivering my baby which caused me to have dissolvable stitches. After giving birth, I keep having what is believed to be a bartholin cyst. My doctor keeps saying I have an std but my test results always come back negative. The first time she drained and this time she just told me to take warm sitz baths. It went from my left side to now my right side. Is it a bartholin cyst? I believe I now have a uti and bacterial vaginosis. Could having an episiotomy done be the cause of all of this? I don't know what I should do.
