I Had An Episode A Couple Of Weeks Ago. I

I had an episode a couple of weeks ago. I was laying down, the pulse in my right wrist was jumping. I could see and feel it. I know the pulse is in the left wrist. I closed my eyes and it looked like a flash of computer screen pictures were going off before my eyes. It was going very fast. It kind of makes me think of those stories where your life flashes before your eyes. I opened my eyes and told myself to calm down. Panic attack? Or something more?
