I Had An Episode Of Being Dizzy All Of A

I had an episode of being dizzy all of a sudden, when I came home, I checked my blood pressure and found out that I had a low blood pressure of 103/ 71 ( yesterday). Now this morning I woke up dizzy, I checked my pressure and the reading is 95/73. I'm drinking maintenance medications for high bold pressure, I want to know the causes of my symptoms.
