I Had An Episode Of Pounding Pain At My Right

I had an episode of pounding pain at my right temple and behind my head on the right, along with a flashing squiggled "light" in my left eye. When I looked down at my hand, I saw red. I work in Medical Records at a local hospital but could not afford the co-pay to go to the ER. This happened Friday evening at work around 7:30. I left work and came home. I have controlled high BP on Benicar and that's all. Thanks,
