I Had An Eye Exam About 6 Months Ago. I

I had an eye exam about 6 months ago. I was prescribed progressive lenses. I find them difficult to wear and my vision is very difficult to focus at about 3-4 feet. Long distances look much crispear/clearer... but up-close vision is really blurry. This creates a problem as my computer monitor is about 3--3.5 ft from my eyes.

What's the best course of action?
