I Had An Eye Exam By An Ophthalmologist Yesterday As

I had an eye exam by an ophthalmologist yesterday as I have been struggling with dry eye syndrome and most recently inflammation in my R eye. I had opted to have plugs placed by the same provider 3 months ago. During the exam she noted that the R eye plug has fallen out but the L eye continues to have the plug in place. The doctor noted a small black dot on inside of my R lower eyelid. I am to be rechecked in 2 weeks and at that time, may be sent to another physician. I am wondering what the likelihood of cancer would be. I do not recall suffering any injury to my eye and the black dot was not seen 3 months ago.
