I Had An Hysterectomy About 10 Yrs Ago And I

I had an hysterectomy about 10 yrs ago and I still have my cerxix. I've had a vaginal discharge for over a month, sometime it appears to have tiny particles of what looks to be food. I have taken 2 cycles of 2 different antibiotics and neither one helped the problem. I had a ruptured bowel 2 years ago while was repaired and totally healed. My question is, is it possible to have a tiny hole in my intestines and have discharge through the vagina? I am 63 years old.
