I Had An Hysterectomy Over 15 Years Ago Now I'm

I had an hysterectomy over 15 years ago now I'm getting bleeding from my vagina . I don't think it's from deep inside. The toliet was full of bleed the first time niw I'm only bleeding a little . I have pain in my stomach like period pains . I had a full hystomectony so I have no cerix womb or overies . What can this bleeding be ??
