I Had An Ice Cold Sensation In My Groin And

I had an ice cold sensation in my groin and legs today but my head was sweating. I staggered into the kitchen and ate a huge bowl of sweetened cereal and eventually the feeling went away, but i'm worried this may happen again if it's a sign of diabetic problems.
