I Had An Ileostomy 7 Weeks Ago Had 3 Drains

I had an ileostomy 7 weeks ago had 3 drains for fluid and was ver I'll my weight plummeted had terabyte pain from beginning home 3 days this pain is wind the pain unbearable wind only comes out of my mouth not my stoma I have t run and move t get out but just starts the cycle I am not sleeping and not getting enough nutrition my surgeon couldn't help my pain please help me
