I Had An Incident 3 Mths Ago Where I Somehow

I had an incident 3 mths ago where I somehow twisted the knee and my knee cap dislocated. I had pain in that knee for months previously. After some physio, another injury occured yesterday where I was exercising and twisted a tiny bit and heard a crunching sound and collapsed. it is tender now as I iced it on off all day. also, I've had x rays and ultrasound but they have found nothing.
