I Had An Infection On The Back Of My Neck

I had an infection on the back of my neck at the time I took the blood test. I was taking antibiotic pills. My NEUT % was 71.0 (H) and My NEUT # was 6.76 (H). My LYMPH # was 19.5 (L). All other results were in range. I am 75 years old. Is there something I should be concerned about.
