I Had An Infestation Of Red Exoskeleton Bugs. Ive Been

I had an infestation of red exoskeleton bugs. Ive been surfing for days now trying to find a pix of them. Nothing even close. At first I thought they were filled with blood, thus the red color.so I took one and broke it open. Red all the way thru with a heavy exoskeleton. What could this be? I also had pin worms and round worms at the same time.
