I Had An Ingrown Hair On The Fold But There

I had an ingrown hair on the fold but there was also a lump (golf ball) on the right side of the mons pubis with no apparent opening- I was hot packing etc and Dr put me on antibotic- Thursday-yesterday I went to urgent care and they lanced two areas- my concern was that the lump on the mons pubis was blood and today it seems like it is forming back into a hard ball- hardly any drainage. No pain just uncomfortable. My question - Is it normal to have blood only? The ingrown a culture was taken - thoughts? I have follow up with my gyn Tues
