I Had An Inguinal Hernia Repair 09/13/2013 And I Was

I had an inguinal hernia repair 09/13/2013 and I was experiencing pain in that area all the time and painful ejaculation. I was sent to pain management and after 4 injections I also had pain coming from left hip when I ejaculate. Dr to me to see a surgeon something is wrong. I seen the surgeon different one from the first he performed recurrent incarcerated left inguinal hernia, debridement, removal of old mesh, possible excision of left spermatic cord lipoma, possible resection of left ilioinguinal nerve, implantation of mesh. Date of second surgery with repairs 04/09/2015. Can the repairs mention fix the problem painful ejaculation and pain all the time in the left inguinal area. I had never any problems with painful ejaculation before first surgery and why and how did this problems occur after the first surgery and is it possible that the problems are repaired after the second surgery I am healing up now?
