I Had An Injury On My Left Side Face 5

I had an injury on my left side face 5 months back..now the injury has healed but left with black spot. I have applied Melalite 15 and kept it overnight as suggested by dermatologist.but it causes red patch on my face..

Can you please suggest the remedy and what would be the best medicine for me :)
